Istanbul Feasts

Istanbul has the most amazing cuisine. The kebab stands line the streets and the display of fresh salads, grains and flatbread had me salivating every corner I turned. The spice shops are as you would expect: heaps of exotic spices from the savory to the sweet and tea blends that match every palette. There's no better way to experience Istanbul than through its cuisine. Wish I had more time there and also, a larger stomach :)

Late night ice cream, what could be more decadent? Wish I got video of his artful scooping, that's why everyone has out their cameras. It was part ice cream scoop, part war dance - majestic.
